Join us for "Fortuna's Embrace: Healing Our Relationship with Wealth," a transformative workshop designed to help you explore and heal your connection to wealth and abundance. Guided by the wisdom of Fortuna, the Goddess of Luck and Fortune, this workshop will lead you through a comprehensive journey of self-discovery.
We’ll begin with an introduction to Fortuna, understanding her significance in our lives and the role wealth plays in shaping our experiences. Participants will explore their personal beliefs about wealth and identify limiting patterns influenced by cultural and familial factors. Through reflective exercises, you'll uncover your unique money story and learn to view money as energy, shifting from a mindset of scarcity to one of abundance.
Next, we’ll delve into the circular economy and its relationship with sustainability, exploring how our understanding of wealth connects us to nature and community. Healing practices will include guided meditation, visualization, and journaling prompts aimed at fostering a positive wealth mindset. You'll also engage in gratitude practices and affirmations to invite abundance into your life.
The workshop culminates in an Abundance Ceremony, where we’ll create a sacred space to share intentions and harness collective energy. An open Q&A session will allow for personalized insights and a deeper exploration of the themes discussed.
Please bring a pen, notebook, yoga mat, blanket, lawn chair (if preferred), drinking water, and anything else you need to stay comfortable, including snacks.
